Our world is made up of an assortment of cultures and people. A society, strewn of a rich and varied tapestry of ethnic cultures. In order for us, as individuals, as a community, even a society to prosper, we all benefit from diversity. With a team of diverse individuals hailing from different backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, ideologies, opinions and more, these differences bring an assortment of perspectives and possibilities.

Imagine having perspective in how a person may conduct themself to someone from England in contrast to someone from Asia, or even the US.
Each country has protocols for codes of conduct, be it for casual encounters or even in terms of doing business. If a person was not aware of this,
problems could ensue that could undermine many types of encounters. Yet, when there are people of different backgrounds, that are aware of these differences, differences which can be compared to their own, these perspectives can help bring a more nuanced and inclusive understanding of the value which each culture brings. This too is no different from the experiences many of us are privileged to have; e.g. eating different foods, traveling, as well as other experiences. This variety is necessary and warrants our acceptance and need. By being inclusive and diverse, we allow our society to have the potential of being stronger and enduring. We can still retain our individuality and our respective cultures. Though it is our distinctiveness that must be cultivated in order to thrive as a society, we must draw on the collective experiences and many cultures that will allow us to fare better in our world. Opportunity abound!
